Medical studies in Munich, state examination 1994. Six years of ophthalmological research at the US Universities of Yale and Davis California. Specialist training in ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery in Bonn and Braunschweig. From 2008 as ophthalmologist FMH in the eye centers Vedis in Bern and Dr. Aus der Au in Freiburg. His main focus is refractive eye surgery, in particular laser eye treatment of ametropia. 2014 Joins the AugenCentrum Zytglogge and Kerzers.
